El Salvador: Youth Leadership School (San Salvador)

A group of youth leaders work on proposals for ways to end gender violence at a training directed by the Passionist Social Services, in collaboration with regional training initiatives.

Youth Leadership School is a project of the Passionist Social Services designed to develop community youth leaders. The curriculum cover issues such as self-esteem, gender inequity, human rights, leadership qualities, values and responsibilities. The goal is to educate the next generation in a shared understanding of practices to build a culture of peace based upon restorative justice.
